Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join our team at VCare Hair & Skin Clinic in Mangaluru/ Mangalore,Karnataka. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, managing staff, and ensuring that all customer needs are met. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation. You should also be able to work independently and be able to make decisions quickly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including staff management, customer service, and financial management
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action to address any issues
• Ensure that all staff members are trained and knowledgeable about the clinic’s products and services
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the clinic’s services
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• 3-7 years of experience in a managerial role
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and make decisions quickly and effectively
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
